Inspectors

Radon Runner strives to make testing as easy as possible for our inspector partners. After you submit your order request, we work directly with the listing agent to coordinate access to the property; our technicians are licensed agents with access to Ibox, so they don't even have to meet us!

We send a text when the radon test has been started and will only reach out before then if we cannot get the test completed by the requested date. We pick the test up and send the report 2 days later, except tests set Thursdays and Fridays will not receive results until the following Monday. We bill out on the 15th and 30th of each month.

How it Works

Order a test

Use our "Order a Test" link to book your test, and we'll take it from there! Our team will coordinate directly with the listing agent to coordinate access to the property.

Recieve Results

Within an hour of retrieving the radon monitor, our certified technician will send you the full radon report. If you or your clients have any questions, feel free to reach out to our office!

Pay invoices

For our inspector partners, we bill out on the 15th and 30th of each month via QuickBooks. Our payment links are easy to use, and our invoices are clear for ease of tracking. 

Did You Know?

The amount of radon that enters the house depends on the weather, soil porosity, soil moisture, and the suction within the house. This is why radon results can vary each hour of each day.
